Pesto Deconstructed

Ingredients 1 cup raw almonds or walnuts, roughly chopped 2-3 cups basil, roughly chopped 1-2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2-3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup grated, fresh parmesan cheese or dry jack cheese Salt & pepper to taste
